Jay Nixon (left) and St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay on hand, St. Louis County Executive Charlie Dooley kicked off his re-election bid Saturday with a barbecue at his new headquarters in Clayton and a campaign message centered on investment in jobs and the economy.
